Your medical provider
Beluga Health is our clinical partner for provider review. A provider licensed in the state where you are located determines whether treatment is medically appropriate. MyLife Rx does not prescribe medication or guarantee approval.
Pharmacy & fulfillment
Pharmacy Hub is our pharmacy partner for dispensing and fulfillment if a licensed provider prescribes treatment. Payment alone does not authorize a prescription or shipment.
Where we serve
Programs are available in 46 states. We are not currently accepting treatment patients in Texas, Mississippi, New Jersey, Alaska. Eligibility depends on your location and licensed provider review.
Your information
Our consultation request form collects contact details only. Do not submit symptoms, health history or medication information here. Medical intake must take place through the approved clinical service, separately from this website.
